THE bag

Unfortunately, I haven't been one of the lucky few to get my hands on the 'it' bag of 2007 which originally retailed for a mere £5 and is now being sold on Ebay in excess of £150. It's so unfair! The bag was designed by Anya Hindmarch for Sainsbury's, to encourage shoppers to use less carrier bags and so be more environmentally friendly (although, it's been reported that the bag is made in China using child labour which is not so friendly). Fashionistas across the country queued for hours outside their local Sainsburys and with each store only getting about 30 bags each only a select amount of shoppers got one. I'm still grieving for the loss of the 'it' bag but I came across a similar bag that made me smile.
